Returns Policies

We at Kiesler Machine Inc. believe in transparent services and thus provide (14) days of unconditional guarantee on our products. During this period, if a customer is not satisfied with our product, it can be returned with a claim for prompt refund.

Important Instructions/ Points to Note:

• Please note that we do not include shipping costs in the refund.
• You can return an item within 14 days of purchase.
• You need to specify the reason of returning the item and receive a RMA (return merchandise authorization) from us.
• You need to submit your credit card details with our Returns Department to get the refund.
• We DO NOT accept return of an item that has been damaged/ broken by the customer post-delivery or an item that has been used or installed.
• We DO NOT accept return of an item with missing parts.
• In case of refund after cancellation of an order, we will deduct 5% administration fee, regardless of the shipping status.
